Both vehicles may be pre-ordered in the western U.S. region starting on June 1, 2021 at 6:01 PM EST / 3:01 PM PST.
All Electric BMW iX Sport Activity
With its fast-forward design and breathtaking power, the BMW iX is poised to reinvent the SUV utilizing BMW’s all-electric platform. Dual electric motors deliver 500-horsepower to whisk families from zero to 60 mph in just five seconds. The all-wheel drive BMW iX has a range of 300 miles per charge and just 10 minutes of DC Fast Charging will get you 75 miles.
The BMW iX is all show, all go, and made from renewable energy. It’s all about making a grand entrance. Imagine as you approach the BMW iX, the latest Comfort Assist technology triggers a choreographed welcome light display and automatically unlocks the doors for you. Fully electric and fully connected, this charged up beemer showcases amazing driver assist tech, integrated interfaces and the latest state-of-the-art infotainment features.
Built using 100 percent renewable energy, the BMW iX is made from sustainable materials such as olive leaf tanned leather, floor mats made from recycled post-consumer plastic, and Forest Stewardship Council certified sustainable wood to minimize environmental impact.
Pricing for the iX will start around $85,000 and a $1,500 deposit is required for pre-order.
All Electric BMW i4 Sport Coupe
The all-new, first-ever BMW i4 stands ready to bring drivers astounding performance and the next generation of electric driving. You could say that the i4 offers a new way to bring you the “ultimate driving machine.” We are talking blinding acceleration and perfect performance balanced with the kind of refined comfort and luxury that is synonymous with BMW. Based on its 3-series, you’ll find spacious seating for five and ample cargo room. BMW says the new i4 sporty coupe EV is built to leave you breathless. We’d have to agree.
The 500-horsepower twin electric motors can blast you from zero to 60 mph in an astonishing four seconds. That’s faster than a Dodge Challenger R/T with a Scat Pack! And the i4 can do that while not making a single sound and still deliver 300 miles of all-electric range.
From the long coupe exterior with its low roofline and long wheelbase, to the spacious, comfortable cabin, the i4 is purely BMW. A 14.9-inch infotainment touchscreen will include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, advances voice commands and more. And did we mention that an M Sport variant will be available? Pricing for the i4 will start around $50,000 and a $1,500 deposit is required for pre-order.
