The results of a recent Electric Vehicle ownership study reports that customer satisfaction with EVs is higher than ever. This year, the BMW iX ranked as the most satisfying EV to own overall, while the Hyundai Ioniq 6 was ranked as the top mainstream EV.

Used electric cars have traditionally commanded a price premium over used gasoline cars thanks to their new technology and performance. But increasing inventories and uncertainty has pushed used EV prices lower – to the point where many are more affordable than gasoline vehicles. That’s according to the latest data from iSeeCars.

Hyundai is the latest automaker to announce its North American models will adopt the Tesla NACS charging port. Starting in late 2024, drivers of Hyundai EVs will have access to over 12,000 Tesla superchargers. The company will also offer adapters for its existing owners.

Great news for hybrids, but reliability ratings for plug-in hybrids and electric cars has dropped in 2022 according to industry watchdog Consumer Reports.
