Dr. Pavlina McGrady

Dr. McGrady is an associate professor at the School of Business at Southern Oregon University. Pavlina’s research interests focus on factors affecting corporate sustainability and the relationship between corporate sustainability, innovation, and leadership. Additionally, Pavlina studies sustainable tourism from different stakeholder perspectives, including businesses, community members, and tourists. She teaches various tourism and sustainability courses in the School of Business, as well as research methods in the MBA and INL programs.
