Throughout 2024, news and social media have been full of headlines claiming that EV sales have fallen off a cliff, and that consumers are abandoning electric cars. But, a look at the actual sales data tells the opposite story.

Used electric cars have traditionally commanded a price premium over used gasoline cars thanks to their new technology and performance. But increasing inventories and uncertainty has pushed used EV prices lower – to the point where many are more affordable than gasoline vehicles. That’s according to the latest data from iSeeCars.
